Having trouble paying for your order with Klarna?

If you have any trouble placing an order with Klarna, it could be due to one of the following reasons:Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We'd recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.

You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna invoices. Please review your previous invoice and contact Klarna customer service here .

You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your Date of Birth. Please review your payment details.

You are using a pre-paid debit card. Please use another credit or debit card.

What if I want to return?

If you return some or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as we processes your return. If you have an upcoming payment due date – sit back and relax. Please note that Klarna are an independent payment company and Windgoo have no influence over whether your payment with Klarna is accepted or not. If you have any trouble with your order, please contact Klarna Customer Service directly.

Can I pay before the due date?

Yes! If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your Instalments purchase early, simply log in klarna, go to the order page and select “Pay off early”.

Can I change the card used to make payment?

Your second and third payments will be automatically taken from the card that you entered during the checkout process. If you need to change the payment card, simply log in to the Klarna app, head to your Instalments order and select “Change card”, then enter your new card details.

Why have you taken 2 paymentsd out of my account?

The first text message may have been the bank's authorization message, you have not been charged. Please verify your bank card's remaining balance.

Why my installment amount was incorrect on Klarna

Make sure that your Windgoo order details were correct, and we recommend you report the problem on your Klarna APP and contact Klarna customer service directly.For more information just click here as Klarna is available for quick and simple, self service solutions.

What if I cancel or return my order?

As soon as your cancellation/return has been accepted, Klarna will cancell any future scheduled payment as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediatelty. Only pay for what you keep.
