I ordered a new controller. It turned out that the manufacturer interchangeably uses 3 different controllers (YFS, Kechuangqui, BSW) - now they do not want to refund the money.
So buying a replacement part from the manufacturer may not fit your scooter. Horror.

After 3 rides , error e 1 , valid motor ,,, cant buy anywhere .,, very bad product very bad

M12 MOTOR TO UK.

I've been waitin nearly a year for a UK M12 motor to be available.my wheel broke on the second ride I reported it to you and still nothing has been done.motor is never available in the UK. As my scooter was still under warranty when it broke and when I reported it to you.this is now upto you to fix before legal action is taken against yourself for manufacturers fault with actual harm.replace the motor and post to UK that's all I ask.this was a present for my son for his birthday who had 1 day on your scooter before it broke.I hope to hear from you soon
