Returns within 30 days of purchase: Any product purchased can be returned within 30 days for a refund to the original method of payment. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and 10% restocking fee for any new, unused products in their original packaging.
Any out-of-the-box and/or ridden products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of purchase. Any product showing unusual wear or physical damage will not be accepted for return. This also includes missing parts or accessories sold with the product.

WINDGOO® covers the 24-month limited warranty against original manufacturing defects and shipping damages from the order date.Only the original customer (name listed on the shipping address) is entitled to the limited warranty coverage which commences on the day the scooter is received by the purchaser.
For Windgoo products that have quality problems during the warranty period, Customers can make a warranty application through the email contact. After receiving the customer's after-sales , Windgoo after-sales personnel will contact you within 24 hours and confirm after-sales warranty related matters.
The batteries of electric bicycles and electric scooters are consumables, and the service life is usually 8-12 months. For your safety, we recommend replacing at least once a year.
We now have repair partner shops located in UK-Scotland, IE-Dublin, FR, and NL for repair support. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for repair service.
For minor damage or parts replacement of the electric scooter/electric bicycle, please contact us through the after-sales email and get help.
Man-made damage or due to force majeure factors are not covered by the warranty. We do not recommend that you expose your e-scooter/e-bike to the outdoors for a long time, so the resulting damage to the parts is not covered by the warranty.

As mentioned, the wrong scooter arrived at first. I contacted the seller and the correct one was sent within 24 hours. Very happy with scooter, sturdy, fast, good battery life. I am always more impressed when a seller fixes issues quickly than the order arrives correctly first time. Can't fault their customer service.
