Refund policy

Dear Customer

​Products purchased through authorized retailers must follow the retailer's return policy and cannot be returned directly to WINDGOO®. Products purchased through our website are subject to the following terms and conditions:


Returns and Cancellations

​Returns within 30 days of purchase: Any product purchased can be returned within 30 days for a refund to the original method of payment. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and 10% restocking fee for any new, unused products in their original packaging.

Any out-of-the-box and/or ridden products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of purchase. Any product showing unusual wear or physical damage will not be accepted for return. This also includes missing parts or accessories sold with the product.

Please contact us at contact@windgoo.co for returns within 30 days of purchase:

-Send the prepaid shipping label to the email address on file.

-Pack the product in its original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure the product is returned undamaged. For original packaging, this must include Styrofoam inserts.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund within 2 to 3 business days.

Items returned in transit: If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed, please let us know by contacting us. Once we have rerouted the shipment back to our warehouse, we will process the refund (minus return shipping and 10% restocking fee).

In some cases, the product may be delivered after the cancellation request. If this is the case, it is the buyer's responsibility to return the product to our warehouse for replenishment.

Items damaged in transit: If your item arrives damaged, please submit a claim through the website.

Using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email, you can check with the carrier on the status of your delivery. See Shipping Restrictions below for more information.

Shipping restrictions

windgoo.co does not accept orders for products or product parts shipped to Remote areas, small islands or illegal areas.

PO Box Box

WINDGOO cannot be shipped to Post Office PO Boxes. Please provide the actual street address.

Undeliverable packages

When the carrier returns these undeliverable packages to us, we will issue a full refund, excluding shipping. Please allow 30 days for the refund to be credited to your credit card account.

These undeliverable packages will not be resent. A new order must be placed for this item. Please review our address accuracy tips above before placing another order.

A carrier usually decides to mark a shipment as undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

Incorrect address

If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned by the carrier. Please be careful when entering your address and proofread any errors before submitting your order.

rejected by recipient

If you place an order to send as a gift, it may be rejected by recipients who do not wish to receive the gift. You might want to let recipients know that they should expect surprises.
