1. Where do the Windgoo ship from?
Answer: EU orders ship from Germany warehouse.
UK orders ship from the United Kingdom warehouse.
2. What should I do if I received a damaged parcel?
Answer: Please reject the parcel if it was damaged on arrival. If you were not able to reject, and have already opened the box, please take photos of any damaged parts (damaged packaging and damaged product) and send to us immediately within 3 days of the delivery, via firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. How long will it take to get my e-bike? And what should I do if the package takes longer to arrive?
Answer: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the bike leaves our warehouse. Shipping can take up to 3-7 working days.
We are sorry for the inconvenience if your parcel takes longer than the estimated delivery time. This can occur for several reasons. In the meantime, you can always track the progress of your parcel with the provided tracking number or contact DHL/UPS directly for inquiries . If you suspect the package is missing, please contact our customer support via email@example.com.
4. Which logistics service provider does Windgoo use?
Answer: We normally use DPD Parcel for EU orders and UPS/DPD for the UK. However, depending on your location, we may opt for another logistics service provider that is more suitable. Please check your email for updates.
5. When will I receive my e-bike?
Answer: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as we ship the bike from our warehouse. Shipping can take up to 3-5 working days. You can check the expected delivery time through the following links:

6. Can I pick up the goods from the warehouse?
Answer: Yes. Our warehouses in Germany and the UK support self-pickup. Before that, you need to contact our customer service email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and get the nearest pickup address.
