The participation period is from 12:00AM January 20, 2024 to 11:59 PM on February 20, 2024. Participation during this period is available through https://windgoo.co/pages/giveaway to qualify.
Purchases returned during the event will not be considered valid entries.
The list of winners will be announced on this page on February 22, 2024, and the winners will also be notified by email.
Prize
1. First Prize (1 winner): Choose one from F21 Pro, F22 Pro, F5 (Valued up to €1,299.99)
- If you purchased an E-Bike (January 20 to February 20):
- Refund for one E-Bike or receive one for free (F21 Pro/F22 Pro/F5).
- For those who purchased multiple E-Bikes, a refund will be issued for the higher-priced E-Bike.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the announcement.
- If no E-Bike purchases (January 20 to February 20):
- Receive one free E-Bike (F21 Pro/F22 Pro/F5).
2. Second Prize (1 winner): €200 E-Bike Voucher (only valid for the purchase of E-Bike)
3. Third Prize (1 winner): €100 E-Bike Voucher (only valid for the purchase of E-Bike)
4. Participation Prize: Every participating user will receive a €20 voucher (usable on orders over €80).
Redemption Information:
- Details for redeeming prizes will be communicated through WINDGOO's official email address.
- Please respond to the email within 10 business days to claim the prize.
- Failure to respond within the specified period will result in disqualification.
- A copy of a personal ID will be required for redemption.
Forfeiture and Exchange of Prizes:
- Prizes can be declined but cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the first prize winner chooses a refund for a purchased bike, the refunded bike will not be eligible for additional refunds or return policies.
- For product quality issues, repairs, or replacements, please contact customer service.
Prize Delivery:
- Prizes can only be shipped to EU countries.
- Physical prizes will be shipped within 10 business days, while user points will be added to the personal account within 5 business days.
