Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, we will process the return request. You can do this by filling out our return form .

Returns Policy

  • Items returned without an accepted return request will not be accepted.

  • All items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with any tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Non-returnable items:

    • Sale items are non-refundable.
    • Damage/loss caused by customers will not be refunded.

    General Returns Process

    • To start a return: fill out our return form . Our customer service representatives will determine within 3 business days whether you are eligible for your return request.
    • Return the item: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return label. Pack your product in the original box and take your return to a drop-off point as soon as possible. (Note: Items returned without approval from Windgoo will not be accepted).
    • Refund: Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then issue a refund.

      Refunds

      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days via your original payment method.
      • If you haven't received your refund within 2-3 business days, please double check your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It can take some time for a refund to be officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@windgoo.nl

        Please note: We do not refund our original shipping costs.

      Order cancellations

      • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after the purchase. If your payment is completed and the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before the item is shipped. We will fully refund the purchase price. Please contact us quickly at contact@windgoo.nl
      • Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped.
