Refund Policy

Dear Customer​Products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the retailer's return policy and cannot be returned directly to WINDGOO®.
Products purchased through our website are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns and cancellations within 30 days of purchase: Any product purchased can be returned within 30 days for a refund to the original method of payment. It is the customer's responsibility to return any new, unused product in its original packaging to the warehouse and bear the return shipping cost.

  1. - Any product showing abnormal wear or physical damage will not be accepted for return if returned within 30 days.
  2. - Please contact us at for a return request within 30 days of purchase.
  3. - Pack the product in its original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure the product is returned intact. For original packaging, this must include Styrofoam inserts. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund within 2 to 3 business days.
  4. -Items returned in transit: If you wish to cancel your order after processing, please let us know by contacting us. We will process the refund once we have rescheduled the shipment back to our warehouse.
  5. -In some cases, the product may be delivered after the cancellation request. If this is the case, it is the buyer's responsibility to return the product to our warehouse. Items damaged in transit: If your item arrives damaged, please submit a claim through the website.
  6. - Track Your Package Confirm your email with the tracking number provided in your order and you can check with the carrier about the status of your delivery.
  7. For more information, see Shipping Restrictions below. Shipping Restrictions does not accept orders for products or product parts shipped to remote areas, small islands or illegal areas.
  8. - Please provide the actual street address. Undeliverable Packages When the carrier returns these undeliverable packages to us, we will issue a full refund, excluding processing fees. Please allow 30 days for the refund to be credited to your credit card account. These undeliverable packages will not be resent. A new order must be placed for this item. Please review our address accuracy tips above before placing another order.
The carrier usually decides to mark a shipment as undeliverable for one of the following reasons: Incorrect address If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned by the carrier. Please be careful when entering your address and proofread any errors before submitting your order. Rejected by recipients If you place an order to send as a gift, it may be rejected by recipients who do not wish to receive the gift. You might want to let recipients know that they should expect surprises.
