Only the original customer (name stated on the shipping address) is entitled to the limited warranty coverage which begins on the date the Windgoo is received by the purchaser.

What is included in the warranty service?

For Windgoo products that have quality problems during the warranty period, customers can submit a warranty request through this form . After receiving the customer's request, our Windgoo customer service will try to contact you within 24 hours and confirm the warranty-related matters.

Warranty Description

If after the date of receipt there is non-human damage, this will first be confirmed by the Windgoo service center. After that, the warranty procedure will start.

We provide free after-sales warranty but may charge for replacing parts & accessories depending on the usage period and life cycle of the accessory.

Electric bicycles and electric scooters are large products, the products will be well packaged when delivered. In rare cases, the products will inevitably have bumps and scratches due to express delivery. Without affecting the appearance of the product and normal riding, the slight scratches or scratches are not guaranteed as a quality problem.

If the product has serious transportation damage, customers can submit a warranty claim through the warranty form . After receiving the customer's claim, Windgoo customer service will try to contact you within 24 hours and confirm the warranty-related matters.

Non-warranty conditions

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  • Exceed the validity period of the product warranty as stated above
  • No proof of purchase
  • Man-made damage
  • Damage caused by external factors (such as fire, flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, etc.)
  • Any damage caused by use, maintenance and adjustment not in accordance with the requirements of the "User Manual"
  • Dismantle or repair without permission
  • Other malfunctions and damages not caused by the design, manufacturing, quality and other problems of the product itself
  • The accumulated mileage has exceeded 2000 kilometers
  • Defects caused by accident, negligence or misuse are not covered by the warranty.
  • Parts purchased from non-official Windgoo distribution channels are also not covered by the Windgoo warranty and are the responsibility of the user.
