Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, we will process your request for a refund or exchange. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email (contact@windgoo.co) first.
Return and exchange conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
- Damage/loss caused by customers will not be refunded.
General return process
- Start a return: Send an email to contact@windgoo.co with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service will determine within 3 business days if your return request is eligible.
- Return the item: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend sending your return/exchange using a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
- Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then arrange for a replacement or refund.
Return costs
- If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
- If the return is due to buyer's problem (such as: don't like/want the item, ordered wrong product/size), buyer should pay the freight.
- No restocking fee to be charged to consumers for returning a product.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.
- If you haven't received your refund within 2-3 business days, check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for a refund to be officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@windgoo.co
Please note: We do not refund the original shipping costs.
Cancel Orders
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment has been completed and the package has not been sent out, you can cancel your order before your item is delivered. And we will refund the full amount.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped.
